We understand that emergencies can arise, and in such instances, we are willing to waive the cancellation fee. However, if you feel unwell after receiving your 24-hour confirmation email, we kindly request that you cancel your appointment. For cancellations outside of business hours, email is the most effective way to communicate.

Our 12 hour cancelation policy allows you to make changes or cancel your massage within 12 hours. We appreciate you cancelling your appointment when you are not well.
Those who abuse our 12 hour cancellation policy will be charged a fee for a late cancelled or missed appointment.
($20/30 minute session, $40/60 minute session, $50/75 minute session, $60/90 minute session)
Please keep in mind that your therapist has reserved your appointment time for you.
