Swedish massages are helpful in reducing pain, joint stiffness, and improving joint function through the use of long, flowing strokes. This type of massage is best for people who want a light, relaxing session, though the intensity can vary depending on your needs. A Swedish massage will help you recharge and leave you feeling refreshed.
It’s Swedish – clearly it must be amazing!
During a deep tissue massage (sometimes referred to as a sports massage), an emphasis is placed on getting through to the deepest muscle layers. This relieves severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue.
Deep tissue massages treat muscular-skeletal disorders by applying pressure to specific problem areas. We recommend a deep tissue massage if you are physically active, or if you have suffered a physical injury (knee/hip replacement).
Please note: It’s common to experience newfound muscle soreness after a deep tissue massage. This soreness will relieve itself over the course of a few days.
There is nothing more taxing on a woman’s body than the joys of pregnancy. As your body changes, a prenatal massage can help you relax and reduce levels of stress hormones in the body. It will also help to improve your joints, muscles, circulation, and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
The soft, light touch of this technique, combined with a tranquil atmosphere, will help you appreciate how your body is adapting to bring new life into this world. And we’re grateful for the opportunity to help you feel good in this time of physical stress.
**Please Note**
Prenatal massages should only be performed after your 1st trimester and while you are physically healthy. If you are suffering from other symptoms, or have developed a condition during your pregnancy, please consult your doctor before scheduling an appointment. Prenatal massages are only available for 30-minute or 60-minute sessions.

Raindrop Technique® uses therapeutic grade essential oils to restore balance to your body and release toxins. The technique uses gentle slow strokes by applying essential oils first on your feet and then on your back. It has a rich history and is based on traditional massage therapies including back massage, Vita Flex and heat application.
The technique is designed to bring the body back into structural and electrical alignment. Often, many spinal problems and misalignments are caused by or exacerbated by toxins (such as viruses) that lie dormant within the spine, helping its structure return to normal. (90 minute session)
The feet are essentially a map to the entire human body as there are over 7,200 nerve endings on the bottoms of the feet that correspond with every organ and gland! Reflexing the feet with the practitioner's fingers and thumbs can lead to profound relaxation symptom relief.
Reiki is comprised of two Japanese words-Rei "Higher Power or Wisdom" and Ki "Life Force energy". So Reiki is "Spirityually guided life force energy". It is a simple, yet effective, way to balance one's energy flow throughout the body.
*Clients will remain fully clothed for treatment.
Depending on one's level of comfort, a session can be completed with a
"hands-on" or "hands-off" technique.
Lymphatic drainage is a therapeutic massage treatment. The massage uses very light pressure and long, gentle, rhythmic strokes to increase the flow of lymph and reduce toxins in the body. The lymph system is part of the body's immune system and helps fight infection. It transports nutrients and oxygen to the cells, collecting toxins on the way and flushing them out through the lymph nodes. The main lymph nodes are in the neck, armpits, abdomen, and groin.
Lymphatic drainage massage will take place in a heated room as warmth is an important factor in increasing lymphatic flow and promoting relaxation. The therapist will carry out the session with you on a massage table while you're draped in discreetly placed sheets and towels. The therapist will work their way up from the feet using light pressure with long, gentle strokes and soft pumping movements in the direction of the lymph nodes.
Lymphatic drainage can leave one feeling exhausted so it's important to rest for the remainder of the day or at least have a more undemanding schedule. It's recommended to hold off on exercise to give the body time to recover before one eases back into activity. (60 minute session)
Craniosacral is a gentle method for detecting and correcting imbalances in the craniosacral system (which extends from the skull down to the tailbone). Functional normalization may correct sensory, motor, and neurological dysfunction as well as release tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and improve whole body health. (60 minute session)
Our 12 hour cancelation policy allows you to make changes or cancel your massage within 12 hours. We appreciate you canceling your appointment when you are not well. Those who abuse our 12 hour cancelation policy will be charged a fee for a late canceled or missed appointment.
